2. Requests & Pricing

• Minimum Quantity: 50 kg at fixed collection points, or larger loads for on-farm pickup.
• Pricing: Rates are calibrated daily and confirmed at the time of weighing.
• Request Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any request due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Collection & Weighing

• Collection timelines will be communicated upon request confirmation.
• Suppliers must ensure waste is reasonably clean to maintain fair pricing.
• We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by improper preparation of waste.

4. Payments

• Payment is issued after certified weighing, either in cash or via digital wallet transfer.
• Disputes over weight or pricing must be reported within 48 hours of collection.

5. Liability & Compliance

• Suppliers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local agricultural regulations.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from improper storage or handling before collection.
